A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Renaissance Austin Hotel (9721 Arboretum Boulevard) with a special nightly rate of $104 for single occupancy and $149 for double occupancy. All hotel room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made through the hotel by Wednesday, October 19, 2011, for this special rate. The hotel will accept reservations after this date on a space-available basis at standard rates.
