- March 2011 - Quantitative measures sent to participating institutions
- March-June 2011 - Institutions review quantitative measure and add commentary
- June 2011 - Revisions
Full implementation
- July 2011 - Memo to institutions identifying programs to be reviewed (including notice of potential subdivision of CIP code to the 4-digit level) and instructions
- October/November 2011 - Quantitative measures for identified programs sent to institutions
- November 2011-March 2012 - Institutions enter commentary for identified programs
- March 2012 - THECB staff review institutions' submissions
- June 2012 - Program review quantitative measures and commentary released on THECB website
