• March 2011 - Quantitative measures sent to participating institutions
• March-June 2011 - Institutions review quantitative measure and add commentary
• June 2011 - Revisions

Full implementation

• July 2011 - Memo to institutions identifying programs to be reviewed (including notice of potential subdivision of CIP code to the 4-digit level) and instructions
• October/November 2011 - Quantitative measures for identified programs sent to institutions
• November 2011-March 2012 - Institutions enter commentary for identified programs
• March 2012 - THECB staff review institutions' submissions
• June 2012 - Program review quantitative measures and commentary released on THECB website
